The pool area was great for the kids. The slide was out of order and the pool heater was out at the time we stayed but we made the best of it. We asked for rooms to be next to each other. I received an email that they approved it. We checked in, went to our rooms and found they were not cleaned yet. They gave us new rooms but they were not together.
