The pool area was great for the kids. The slide was out of order and the pool heater was out at the time we stayed but we made the best of it. We asked for rooms to be next to each other. I received an email that they approved it. We checked in, went to our rooms and found they were not cleaned yet. They gave us new rooms but they were not together.

Breakfast was good, could've offered a better selection of foods but overall was very good. Kids had a blast at the waterpark, they woke up bright and early to be the first ones in the pool!

Enjoyed the pool and waterpark area. The property indicated online it had a workout facility - it did not. There is dumpster pick up at like 3 in the morning that is extremely loud.

Great variety of hot and cold items. It looked like somethings had been repaired hurriedly and cheaply. Our room phone didn’t work.

Good water park and nice rooms. The lobby and other common areas could use some cleaning.
