Breakfast buffet was very nice. Clean and many options. Room was large and comfortable. We didn't have maid service and/or the option to replenish items for our 2 night stay. When we checked at the front desk they said "sometimes there is maid service, it depends on how many maids we have available." I asked for 2 more sets of towels and coffee and was given them by the front desk. There is no common area to visit with other guests. We booked 5 rooms and wanted some furniture or tables in the lobby to converse, watch TV, etc. The entire sitting area is blocked off daily, after breakfast, which is done at 9 am. I left a full unopened box of iced coffees, a bag of pistachios, and a

The kids loved the swimming pool area. My wife also enjoyed the sauna. Breakfast was great for people who could eat gluten. My wife is gluten intolerant and had limited options. There was a sign that additional options were available on request, but the front desk person confirmed this was not the case.

Location Fire extinguisher was disconnected, sprinkler on ceiling was painted/sealed- did not feel safe in case of emergency ESPECIALLY in a room that was disability friendly. Also didn’t love that the outside door to the right of the entrance did not ever lock, so it was open for anyone to walk in.

The bed was comfortable room was clean. Breakfast was fair nothing special. The front desk lady was rude and unhappy. We were told this hotel was on the bike path but you have to ride a county highway 3-4 miles to get to the bike trail. Pool and sauna were not working.
