Convenient to my son's wedding venue. Staff was friendly and attentive to our requests. ( Issue with tub, and first room had security issues) They handled things in a prompt and professional manner. We also paid for the Newlywed's Suite, and they let us know how much they enjoyed their time in the Spa Tub. Breakfast had a good selection. Good value all around.

Clean and good location After I checked out, staff asked how long I planned to stay in the lobby. I couldn’t find an Uber or Lyft from there to Wisconsin Dells, so it seems I need to remain in the lobby until a driver accepts my ride. Is that correct, or should I move to another pickup location? I don’t want to relocate unnecessarily. Also, I was made uncomfortable by two people at front desk an olde white lady and Indian man whose behavior felt rude and unprofessional.
