Greeted at front desk . They were very nice and kind while my 4 year old was excited and playing in the lobby . I felt comfortable . The room was nice. The air worked well , cable , fridge and microwave! Had everything you need . The pool and hot tub were great too . Kids had fun . Also , the breakfast was above average hotel food imo

Convenient to my son's wedding venue. Staff was friendly and attentive to our requests. ( Issue with tub, and first room had security issues) They handled things in a prompt and professional manner. We also paid for the Newlywed's Suite, and they let us know how much they enjoyed their time in the Spa Tub. Breakfast had a good selection. Good value all around.

Clean and good location After I checked out, staff asked how long I planned to stay in the lobby. I couldn’t find an Uber or Lyft from there to Wisconsin Dells, so it seems I need to remain in the lobby until a driver accepts my ride. Is that correct, or should I move to another pickup location? I don’t want to relocate unnecessarily. Also, I was made uncomfortable by two people at front desk an olde white lady and Indian man whose behavior felt rude and unprofessional.

Breakfast is actually pretty good, it has many options to choose what to eat. Overall it's a really nice hotel If I can say the only thing I don't like about this hotel is the small amount of shampoo and conditioner they put in the bathroom in comparison of others hotels

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful when we had questions about the stay. There are several dining options within waking distance.

Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. The mattress, room 113, had a noticeable divot, where the mattress is getting old.

Very nice, I always stay here. The shower tiles need a good scrubbing as there was pink mold between tiles. Everything else was excellent
