The property was close to my destination and allowed late check in. The bathroom was small to where I had to change clothes after a shower in the hallway near the door. I’ve never experienced such a small hotel bathroom before where I didn’t have a counter to place my things, etc. the toilet and tub were crammed into the bathroom.

Staff were accessible and always friendly and helpful. When we said we did not want to have to lug our suitcases upstairs, the clerk quickly found us a first floor room. So helpful. My own preference is to have the sink in the bathroom. The shower was not inviting for an 81 year old. No handles.

This place is comfortable and has a great breakfast. This is an old motel and there’s a lot of fixing up that can be done in the rooms such as the crumbling tile around the tub, missing hair dryers, the door that doesn’t shut right, and sticky carpet.
