The staff was GREAT. We had to find a place to stay because of flooding at our home, and the staff did everything they could to assist, lengthen our reservation when we needed to, and make certain we could use what would have been a closed dining area to work. The location is excellent - easy access to highway to downtown and very close to a variety of stores, shops, and restaurants. There is a pool and exercise room. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet. The price is significantly better than nearby places. The rooms are somewhat shabby - the cushion on the couch in our first room was torn, the easy chair cushion had collapsed and the desk chair was broken so it could not be used in the second room. The carpets are worn so that they seem rather dirty (although the cleaning staff was vacuuming daily). The pool is a combination indoor-outdoor and is configured in a very odd way so that actual swimming is almost impossible. The hot tub was broken.
