Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Front desk was little off....could use customer service training. There was a man working the desk and he was busy so a cleaning lady or something ran down the stairs kinda disheveled and was trying to help me.... the she said "your card is no good give me another or I am canceling your reservation" I was blown away with her bluntness in front of everyone. The man working the desk had to show her she was wrong ..... My card was fine. She just kept telling her coworker "I know, I know" she didn't know. I will say its a nice building but when you walk in the door .... Bam cheap perfume smell gets you! the lobby and the hallway just reeks of perfume. My wife has a very hard time with artificial fragrance and gets headaches fast. She told me, "If the rooms smell like this we cannot stay here." I was amazed the rooms did not smell like the rest of the building. Some cultures enjoy the perfume smell. I don't. Our room was fine but looked newly renovated so maybe that helped. If the common areas didn't reek of perfume I would gladly stay again. Nice place over all.

Staff was friendly. Just wasn't thrilled when charges were happening so quickly and wasn't told that was going to happen during my phone conversations. Wish the staff could have been more clear that they were going to charge me when I was calling about my ETA arrival. The drive from TN to Wisconsin was very rough. Pool was rough. There was debris in the water- looked like the stuffing of a plushie toy was released into the water. When trying to tell a staff member about it, it felt like the concern was addressed fashionably. Also, the pool water balance seemed to be off. My son's eyes swelled from the irritation of the water. Still enjoyed the facility.

The room was very spacious, and very clean The shower- when the water came on and you were showering, some of the water came out onto the other side of the shower curtain, so the dry area of the floor was wet too, very slippery. It was not alot of water, just some by the corners of the shower curtain. Otherwise very Nice!

Close to where I was at for the horseshoe tournament in Greenheck community center. Parking lot was rough with large potholes. Stains on both queen bed sheets, towels had spots on them, floor in bathroom was dirty.
