The room was nice, it was clean. The actual working employees THE MAIDS, were awesome The front desk area and the front desk employees were weird, unfortunately pretty much not present. I could have checked in with a kiosk with more joy. The false advertising I saw on the website, hot tub, bar they didn’t have either. No real lobby. Major let down will not stay at a Americinn every again

The hotel is close to the major north/south highway in Sheboygan. The driveway in is a little tricky since the hotel entrance doesn’t face the road. We drove right past the driveway. Also, there is only one entrance into the facility parking lot. The room was comfortable. I already mentioned the tricky driveway. The hotel breakfast was adequate in content but was difficult to dish up onto your plate. The eggs, meat, and potatoes were in covered containers in a doored cabinet where you needed to lift the door, keep it up while you uncovered the hot food container. My wife and I double-teamed the efforts needed. It appears some of the rooms are being updated as there is construction materials scattered inside and outside the building. Our room was a little “tired” but I felt comfortable in it.

The breakfast was good. The size of the room was good. The carpet stunk. It smelled like stinky feet both in our room and in the hallway. The tv did not work. We had to call to get it turned on every time. And the worker had a very hard time getting it to work. 5 months ago when I booked the room we were told we would have 2 queen beds. When we arrived we only had one bed and a pull out couch. The couch was VERY uncomfortable for sleep.

The location was fine for our needs The carpets in the hallway were stained really bad, the latch on our door was not good at all .the wind was blowing really hard and it sounded like someone was jiggling our door all night so neither one of us got decent sleep. Unless I overlooked the obvious there was no protein in the breakfast offered. All we saw were straight carbs like waffles, cereal, or muffins.

The bed was comfortable but the 3 small pillows instead of 2 standard pillows was rather odd. Kept waking up to reposition my head on a pillow. The breakfast was less than desirable for my dietary needs.

It was warm and clean. Plenty of hot water Sheets are paper thin, felt like sleeping under nothing. Pillows had no substance to them.
