The staff was very friendly and helpful, checkout is very generous (11am). The breakfast exceeded expectations (not incredible but good) lovely veiw of the mountains ( but I don't get them where im from) comfy enough bed. The amenities are dated, especially the tv. No smart tvs and basic cable channels that occasionally lose signal. The ac didn't cool the whole room (they were actively installing new units while we were there though) No hand soap in our room. We couldn't find an ice machine and we didn't have enough towels to last 2 night( although getting more downstairs was easy)

It's was so beautiful there,& alot to do there.All the stores & restaurants was close to the hotel.The resturant by the hotel was really going too.We loved it so much,we didn't want to leave,& we went to see thd Castle there,it was worth going to,beautiful, & the Lady that didvthe tour was really good,nice. Nothing,everything was great,including thd breastfast bar at the hotel was very nice.

I was immediately greeted by a sweet lady at the front desk who helped get us checked in. The room was actually rather large and spacious. Everything seemed clean and orderly. The bed and pillows were amazing! I slept so well there and enjoyed my stay.

We didn't eat breakfast but the coffee was great! Having coffee available any time as nice. The air conditioner was loud and it made it hard to fall asleep. THe beds could have been a little more comfortable but overall not too bad.
