The breakfast was the standard eggs, meat, waffles, toast, fruit etc., but it was done very well. Nice presentation, clean, organized, easy to access. The inside seating area was pretty small, but the weather was nice and the outdoor seating was great. The in-room coffee maker really needed to be cleaned and/or replaced. The coffee cups didn't fit into the 1 cup holder of the coffee maker. Besides the dried coffee in the holder (because the cup doesn't fit) the water reservoir had dust and fuzz in it. No in-room coffee for me! Fortunately the coffee in the breakfast area was really good!

Staff was friendly. Rooms were spacious. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast offered a lot of choices and was good. Location was fine. It was on a busy street, but it was easy to access all of Whidbey Island. A lot of restaurants and some tourist sites are closed on Monday's and Tuesday's on the Island. If you want to stay in pretty rural countryside, you would need to go outside of Oak Harbor.

This is a very charming, well-maintained property. We appreciated having plenty of space to spread out. The continental breakfast was uncommonly good. There was a lot of noise from the room above ours. The occupants did not seem to be doing anything unusual like having a party or jumping around -- we just heard every footstep and, especially, their shower running.

The rooms size was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast. Convenient location for Northern end of Whidbey island. The air conditioner was very loud so we were glad that we did not have to use it. The fan in the bathroom was extremely loud and it was not possible to turn on the light without that noisy fan.
