Staff was great, easy to check in and out. Good breakfast, comfortable room. Location is in a neighborhood that sees many homeless. There was adequate security. Small parking area. By information at the front desk the rooms are cleaned/straightened daily, but towel and linen are changed every 3 days. This is fine. Here is the issue. Our room was not cleaned. I specifically asked for the shampoo bottle to be refilled as it was completely out and I had not brought my own. When we came back that evening, the shampoo was empty, the beds were not made, I could see no evidence that housekeeping had been in the room.

Nice hotel, nothing exceptional but nice for one night. Make sure you give yourself some time for breakfast because it closes right on time, they will shut doors in front of you without asking if you are done or not.
