I loved the view! The room was clean and the a/c worked well the whole time we were there.The staff were efficient and friendly. Parking garage was spacious that there was always parking. The woman at the desk that checked me in was so nice she even gave us a extra pass for my other vehicle. The parking is free regardless per front desk employee so loved that! The beach area is private so I liked that it wasn't overly crowded like it tends to be around this time at the hotels closer to the boardwalk. Last day we stayed the carpet by the ac unit was soaked. Our fridge didnt work but thankfully they fixed it and swap them i believe. The pools they have are so small.

The location was directly on the beach with a beautiful unobstructed view. Pet friendly and provided a small dog area. The staff were really nice and provided towels without us making a trip to the service desk. No smells, ac and fridge worked great and the beds were soft and clean. Check in and check out was quick and easy. The balcony isn’t private. Your neighbor to the left has a view into your room. Missing bars provided access between balconies. The elevator is out of order on our side of the hotel. The restaurant at the hotel menu isn’t kid friendly.

This is the second time I stay at this hotel. I enjoy the balcony view and the beachfront. The hotel is always well kept. The beds are very confortable. House keeping is very helpful. I had asked for a fold out bed for my son. Did not get it. Which is ok. We managed without it. Everything worked out. I didn't ask for it again. (Only through the app at checking twice and over the phone before my arrival date.) Last time I stayed here 11 years ago we had a round table with chairs. This time we did not, it was challenging to eat.

The hotel is in front of the beach and has parking. Some staff didn’t know the hotel didn’t offer beach towels. I had to ask the receptionist to know. The safe felt in the room. I couldn’t use it. Some facilities need some maintenance. Other than that, the hotel is very good.

Laid back area, not crazy busy. Kids loved it. Elevators are slow at times, front desk staff are not the most informative to people that have never been here. There were fixtures barely hanging on the wall for towels and toilet paper.
