Breakfast was good. We were going to a concert at the Chartway Arena, which was right across the street. The staff was great. The room was quiet. There was a small kitchen-like area with a larger-than-usual hotel-sized refrigerator. I had booked a room with a king bed and a sofa sleeper. The bed was not a king. It was a full or queen-sized bed. The shower was weird. It was a walk-in, but the curtain didn't go down all the way. The grout was old and dingy.

Breakfast was good and the service was great and I really appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. I stay there because it is close to family and friends and I have not had a bad stay yet! If paying more taxes maybe offer free parking during part of your stay. Not an issue just a recommendation.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good overall. Location was convenient to where I needed to go. Shampoo and body wash were both full this time. Conditioner was empty. The hot part of breakfast (eggs, bacon) was late getting put out.
