The rooms and resort grounds were amazing! The public hot tub was broken and water wasn't even warm, however there was no signage. When I spoke to the front desk agent, they were aware of the "ongoing problems". I was told some wires needed to be "jiggled" to make it work. An out of order sign would be helpful.
