Even though the hotel was packed due to weather-related issues, etc., it was impressively quiet. Considering the difficulties that staff must've incurred trying to report to work everyday, they seemed to be fully staffed and did a great job, no matter what that was. I've stayed at a lot of hotels in my day, and the hot breakfast buffet was easily the best I've ever had! I was so glad to meet Austin during my stay. He was incredibly polite and helpful with everything. I was only staying one night while visiting my daughter for her birthday, and he truly made the experience special. He kindly allowed us to have a small cake at the breakfast area, which meant so much to us. My daughter is in the military and is leaving for Hawaii on the 30th, so it was a bittersweet moment. The staff was friendly, faculty clean The mattress on the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. I let my daughter & her daughters get the bedroom ( my daughter said the bed was very comfortable) , so I slept on the sofa bed. The mattress just need replacing. Other than that it was a great stay.
