the location was nice and quiet and had a lot of places to eat and stores to shop nearby. hotel was clean and the bed was very comfy. the hot water also lasted a very long time and the soap and shampoo and conditioner smelled lovely. the staff was friendly and helpful. that they were still doing reservations, so the hallways were a bit spooky, and they got rid of the pool, so it wasn't anything to do inside the hotel but plenty to do outside of the hotel.

There were kids playing in the exercise room All of the buggies were taken for so long I had to take my bags up to the third floor by hand

Enjoyed the room. It was clean and comfortable. The hotel is undergoing renovations. We literally walked through areas that were under renovations to get to our room. There was plastic taped up over areas that were painted and debris staged in areas that walk around.
