Stayed in the area for a concert. It was the cheapest decent option. Beds were fine, facility was fine, just dated building. No breakfast. Coffee, but no creamer or sugar. Ice machine was a hike from the room.

Great location. Quiet. Room window was unlocked when we arrived. We struggled to get it into a position to be locked, and were only partially successful. We felt unsafe about the room.
