The hotel needs updated. Tub showers and pretty much everything else. It was a ok place to stay but for almost $200 a night. You think it would be better. Staff was nice and friendly. The pool was closed. Grand kids wanted to swim but it was closed. Pillows were very small and not comfortable.

Breakfast was disappointing. Eggs were like rubber. Some items were empty. Didn’t see anyone refilling them

The staff was wonderful. Despite the renovations going on, it did not impede our stay at all.

Melanie, the receptionist, went WAY beyond the call of duty by installing her personal cell phone in our room so we could watch our revered Steelers play a very important game!!!! Amazing!
