“Our room with a king size bed wasn't available, so they "upgraded" us to room 224 on June 1, 2026. The room was a little bigger and had a hot tub. Then we were told the hot tub was broken as we were given the room key. We didn't look at the hot tub until we woke up the next morning and noticed there was water in the tub.
