Beautiful house with spacious, clean rooms in a bucolic setting. We did not use the spa but the property looked well equipped, with a separate building for that offering. We all loved the breakfast, it was not the typical bed & breakfast set menu. There were several choices on the menu to choose from. Location is a short drive to downtown, maybe 10 minutes. 15 to 20 to get to the Liberty University campus. 5 minutes to a grocery. We've already booked a 2nd stay here since we'll be back in Lynchburg in a couple months. The staff are wonderful. nothing

Absolutely amazing place that made us feel like a home away from home. Wanda and staff all so welcoming and hospitable. Bonus was enjoying rocking chair on the porch with greetings from geese and outdoor kitty. We appreciated the whole experience. Thanks so much. We plan to return again.

This is a homelike, cozy, peaceful place to stay. The rooms are more like small apartments. I love the free breakfast which has several options made to order. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.
