I never met the on-site staff. The office was closed each time I went to see them. I met the lovely cleaning lady (Pouchy). We chatted, and she brought me towels and took my trash. Some things weren't, such as the coffee maker. Thankfully, I travel with white vinegar for these situations, and I was able to clean it. The basics are tended to, but the details are not.

The location asked ease of check in. It’s designed well and we did love the onsite restaurant The bed and the noise. The bed was so old and sagged so much in the middle that it felt like sleeping in a hammock. We had to put our pillows in middle of our backs to try to make the bed feel even. We could also hear everything going on outside and on either side of us.
