Everything except the receptionist at night. He wasn’t there to open the door for us and some other guests opened the door for us and he wasn’t telling them they can’t do that. We had two small children (one is 6 months old) and we kept ringing...

The room felt newly renovated. It was very clean! We are pretty picky about hotel room cleanliness and everything felt clean to us. Huge win! The bed was comfortable, shower was hot, and room was very quiet.

Clean. Comfortable. Nice gym and pool, both open 24/7. Got a late check out at 2pm, no problem.
