The check-in staff was very friendly. The breakfast selection was nice. Our TV did not work. When we tried to reach someone at the front desk (between 9:30 and 10:00 pm - 5x) - no one answered. We were already dressed for bed and we didn't want to dress to go downstairs looking for some help with the TV. It might have just needed new batteries. Not sure. Frustrating though.

The scrambled eggs were the best! The room was so clean as was all the linen This is not on you! We live 20 miles out of town in Laramie wyo…and I am just not use to the traffic….ever thought about moving into a more remote location…😄? Other wise the location was only about 10 minutes from our daughters home…that was great!

Always stay here when in town. Clean, friendly and close to shopping Never have any problems but room didn’t get cleaned after requesting it. Also side able was broke and had been repaired with duct tape. I took picture and showed to front desk. Didn’t get much of a reaction and it was not replaced.

My reservation didn't show up when I arrived. Staff set a separate reservation to make sure I was taken care of. My reservation didnt show up when I arrived. I had booked a suite and the room that was booked in its place was a normal room. That made me a little sad but its no issue.

Staff very pleasant, access perfect for our stay, rooms we're clean. I believe one of the most important areas in a room is the bed and our mattress in room 115 seriously needs replacement, otherwise not good sleep great experience
