The staff were very courteous, and the breakfast was great! I actually thought the bed was quite comfortable, though I was expecting otherwise. This is obviously an older hotel. Wear and tear is evident. We were moved through three rooms before we got to one with a working tv. But that actually ended up being an upgrade.
