The property is lovely and the accommodations are excellent. Our room was 50s themed highlighting Buddy Holly. Very fun. For anyone needing lodging to be near Texas Tech this is a great location. The hosts were friendly and the breakfast was yummy.

This B&B is right across the street from Texas Tech. They had the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. It was a treat to stay here.
