Price, staff. Jacuzzi was the only reason we got the room, it didn't work. Otherwise the stay was fine but don't advertise a jacuzzi room when it's just a big bathtub.

The bed was okay but there was only a sheet for a blanket. I didn't hear any of the neighboring rooms. The door didn't lock at all, I used the deadbolt, the non smoking room reeked of cigarettes. The A/C made so much noise, I had to turn it off in order to sleep. The room was a double room with no function, Jacuzzi in the living room, why?! The building was very old inside, not renovated in decades. Cigarette smoke everywhere.
