the price and location was great as I needed something close to Texas Tech University. Although the bleach smell was strong in the room, I appreciate it was clean! The only thing is when i go there the bath rug was in half. Half in bathtub and half on floor next to it. However, when I checked out the front desk personnel was very kind and assured me that she would let the manager know as they were switching them out for new ones right before I checked in that Friday.

The breakfast and location was good. The lady receptionist (with a long hair and older), was quite mean/rude to me when I asked a help because my laptop can’t access the Wi-Fi. She helped but she’s mean and not smiling. I hope she should change her attitude, she should be approachable and nice. And on the day when I left the place I say thank you to her and she didn’t even replied. The lady on the kitchen or the breakfast nook was nice and approachable.

The location was nice The location was convenient, but I wouldn’t consider this a truly pet-friendly property. There wasn’t any designated area for dogs to use the restroom—only concrete—which made things difficult. Additionally, the room could benefit from a thorough deep cleaning. The baseboards and walls were noticeably dirty during our stay
