The staff was very polite and the room was clean, soaps and towels nicely presented ect. The bed was also very comfortable, and I was able to screen cast my phone to the TV with mild effort :) Upon arrival I was sad to see that the pool advertised in the pictures had been completely bricked in and obviously closed - looked like it had been for some time :// Was also very disappointed in the morning to wake up early for breakfast, only to see that what was advertised in pictures as a hot breakfast was just cereal and pre-packaged muffins:(

The location was fine for where we needed to be. There was no dresser, no clothes rod, the pool was filled in with concrete, the water pressure was basically non-extent and other things which made basic stuff was uncomfortable. The pictures didn't even match the place. We did meet the general manager who assured us it would be better the next time we came.
