The room was very spacious and comfortable. I especially liked the large shower, and the location is excellent with easy beach access and close to restaurants and attractions. Overall, it was a comfortable stay for our family. Only one elevator was working during our stay, which made wait times longer, especially since the hotel seemed quite crowded. The terrace railing could use fresh paint to improve the appearance. The TV is outdated and doesn’t support popular streaming apps or screen mirroring, so it would be nice to have the option to sign in to Netflix or YouTube. The property also felt a bit overcrowded at times.

Beach was wonderful and clean, Ola restaurant had great food at reasonable prices. The room was great with tile floors. AC kept the room nice and cool. The made to order omelettes at breakfast were tasty! Common areas around and in elevators were hot and stuffy. More ventilation would be nice. Dog relief area were out of waste bags so people were not cleaning up after their pets, unless you had your own bags. Paying for parking and the resort fees does not give you exclusive rights to the beach. The general public could pay to park close by and come onto the beach at the resort. Saturday was very crowded.

The location is spot on! Plus the Ola bar is always a plus The only negative thing was there was barely any pressure in the shower it was very weak but there was a lot of people! And the ac in our room was barely moving any air but other than that, its good for the price!! We always stay here when we go to SPI🏝🏖

Beach location, rinse off stations, polite staff and breakfast. Our fridge in the room did not work. All our fruit never stayed cool over night so we can continue to eat at the beach the next day. The washer/dryer were very outdated and it took many attempts to get our clothes fully dry.

Love the staff and the hotel and location and the convenience of the beach and pier and restaurants. The elevator situation, this is the second time the additional elevator isn't working during our stay, makes it difficult when you have a full house so much stuff to move around.
