“Stayed here several times. Great location for our needs. Other than other guests letting their children run amok, up and down the stairs, halls etc, on our last stay, it’s a good place to stay. No area around the pool to sunbathe. They need an outdoor platform or deck for people who like the sun to be able to sunbathe. Pool is indoors. Also they need to get their hot tub fixed. The staff and room were great, . we booked it because it had a Jacuzzi and breakfast, the Jacuzzi didn't work and breakfast wasn't great, what food there was good, but it wasn't maintained and there wasn't much to choose from

The check in clerk assisted greatly with card reader issues. She also got a ladder removed a blockage from a smoke detector. Comfortable beds. Issues with card reader for room access. Toilet paper had to be refilled in room and lobby. Check out receptionist was more worried about her phone. Breakfast set-up was incomplete was told that's all they had today.
