It’s not a fancy hotel on the inside, but it was clean and had breakfast. I didn’t eat breakfast, but my son and his teammate did. They said it was ok, but nothing to brag about. The location was pretty good also. This hotel is on the same lot as a Dave’s hot chicken. There’s a QT right next to it, a main event and a top golf across the highway. It’s right on I35(even though I35 is terrible with construction right now), so it’s easy to get where you need to go. Only about 7 or 8 minutes from Baylor University. Even though it’s right off I35, the construction had the traffic horrible almost everyday all day while we were there. The tvs in this hotel are ancient and terrible. They’re not even smart tvs so you can look at your own stuff. Beverages in the vending machine are $4, so get your own from somewhere else.

From the moment we walked in, we could tell the difference between this location and another one where we stayed earlier in the week. This was by far the best one. The only “negative” thing was that at some point, the room felt warm and the A/C would not cool to the temperature it was set to. But it wasn’t terrible.
