The property was okay from the lobby and parking area. I didn’t notice receive my room even tho I was charged. They charged my card and the payment went through on my end, just for them to say that they did not receive payment on their end. I was left without a room for the night and without a place to stay for the night. They told me to call my bank to verify payment so I did and after my bank verified with the hotel, the hotel staff said there was still nothing they could do to help me that I would have to pay again. I repeat, left without a place to sleep for the night.

Very beautiful, and a nice small swimming pool. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Close to a couple of restaurants! Breakfast was extra and wasn’t a very big selection, and had very little snack options in their mini store

Clean nice staff outdoor pool shuttle to airport Didn’t know how to control temperature in room. Was freezing. Six hours between checkout and flight. Nowhere comfortable to wait. Seats were collapsing in lobby.

I was promised in writing a room with a view of the pool but when I got there they did not follow through on their promise. I was very dissatisfied!

The breakfast service, even paying for it, was a bit of chaos every morning, with very few staff serving a good number of customers.
