The swimming pool was frozen cold. Jacuzzi was broken . One of the main reason why we chose this place because of pool. It was an inside pool. Very disappointed.

The staff was very helpful and friendly upon checking in and breakfast person was trying very hard to just a lot of broken equipment. The bed sheet were torn the bed was not very comfortable. i had an excellent stay at Fairfield. The problem i faced which is for the first time is that our room was not cleaned. other than that me and my partner have stayed here before and this hotel is one of our favorite places in San Antonio.
