Embassy Suites by Hilton Lubbock

We love the suite with 2 televisions. One of us goes to bed early and the other stays up late. It works out great for us. Lubbock hotel is looking run down. Wallpaper peeling, stains on door frames and walls. It needs a face-lift. Managers special is a bonus, but snacks are cheaped out on and dried up carrots, and watered down ranch dip is un appealing. When something runs out it is not replaced.

Typical embassy suites vibe. Older place but the staff was amazing and so friendly and accommodating. Busy vibe for the cocktail hour with great service. Breakfast was clean, plentiful and delicious. Bed was comfy! Older place-needs some renovations. A bit stuffy/dusty, and no extra pillows for us but answered promptly when i texted to ask.

We loved everything about hotel. Staff was great & friendly! Greeted us at the door! Made us feel really comfortable When ordering room service we tipped when they brought our food but they failed to inform us that they had already charged $13.50 gratuity on a 2 person meal on top of a service fee.

The theme was cool and it was clean and friendly staff. Lots of things to do and eat in the area if you like shops A little bit of on odd smell but I am sensitive to smells and our door thing was loose or something so the key didn’t want to work and we had to get help to get in the room

Very nice atrium at this hotel, beautiful plants throughout. Hotel staff very friendly. Breakfast set up was great. Not a fan of indoor pools, but that is just a personal preference. People were enjoying the indoor pool, it is nicely kept.

We stay here a lot and it’s always quiet and clean. We love the bar and indoor pool and hot tub and its suite style. I actually do love how it still has its original embassy look just could use a little paint and small updates.
