Staff was friendly at reception area. The buffet was good always had the food coming. Drinks were great. For being Embassy suites I was not impressed. I walked in the room the smell of old carpet was a disappointment. The pictures I saw online looked a lot bigger than in person. The Tv's Really are in Need of an UPGRADE! Terrible. Couldn't even hear the tv sound. The fridge was all wabbily but I managed. In general the rooms need to be upgraded. Rooms need better decor. Oh the white bread was the only thing missing in the buffet. The gentleman was nice I'm guessing the bus boy but he seemed overwhelmed and over worked. Felt bad for him nice man but he looked overworked.

The big breakfast option, the separation between the bedroom and living room with plenty of space and storage, pool indoor is awesome and cleaned often, love the scenery in the middle of the hotel it’s like your outdoors but your not, the staff are friendly and helpful for the most part The parking lot was full at night with little parking places. It needs to have more parking places. The complimentary drinks should be available to get as long as the bar is open not just for 2 hours. The vent in the bathroom was leaking on us and we told them as soon as we got there and it didn’t get fixed but they did slow the dropping down somehow so at least they did try to fix it.

The staff ok and location good. Booked 2 queen beds but when we got there they gave us a king bed with a sofa bed. We were very disappointed and told front desk about error. The manager came out and told me that I booked through a third party web sight so she could not help me. I didn't understand why booking with a third party was the issue. I felt like the manager didn't care to help me. I don't think I will stay there again. I just wish someone would have told me that booking with you was going to get me treated differently.

Liked the look of hotel entrance- the bar and the suite space. the bedroom was very hot. but if you walked into the living area it was cold so i guess ventilation not good in bedroom. Bar tender was very very rude.
