The room was nice, beds were good and comfily. Breakfast was okay. It could have been cleaner. Outside it was kind of messy there was glass in the flowerbed and a lot of trash in the yard are, parking lot had fallen branches from the trees. Room was a little dirty but I am a neat freak. All in all I will be staying there when we go back to visit my kiddo at college just cause the price is affordable. The bed was really comfy and clean. no signs of bugs at all which is the first thing I look for when I enter a room. Its a running joke with my kids cause I remove the bedding and look for signs. LOL... and even use a light.

Mrs Linda at the front desk was wonderful! Her customer service was top notch! The location was great, lots of restaurants and stores close by. The room I booked online was unavailable (double beds). I was told it was out of order. So I was given a room with a king bed and sleeper sofa. There were no rooms available with double beds. The sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable, but we made it work since we were only staying for 1 night. After getting in bed, I happen to look up at the ceiling and there was a roach crawling on the ceiling.

The staff was professional and kind. They were accommodating when we had some problems with our room and were quick about fixing the problem. The first room that we got would not get cold enough, the fridge did not work and then the door wouldn't lock. It was a concern since I had milk that I needed to keep cold for my young daughter. Other than that inconvenience (which was fixed quickly) everything else was great.

Location was great near restaurants and the college. Liked the room size. We had a kingsize bed and a sofa and chair. Needed more gluten-free breakfast options. We were disappointed that we couldn't use the pool. There were about 6-8 people out there around pool and everyone was smoking.

Breakfast was great. Staff was super sweet. When I entered my room the window was open. I noticed condensation on mini fridge and in the bathroom had I not noticed the window may have stayed open. Found a hair on toilet and in the bed. See above
