I had never heard of this hotel chain but was just looking for a place close to highway for a one night stop on a road trip. It was very clean, easy to locate one block off highway! The best thing was it was approx $30 cheaper than the Hampton Inns, etc that were 1 block closer on freeway access road . Check in was easy. Desk manager pleasant and when I asked about a room with handlebars in shower, she accommodated easily. In retrospect, that may have been an upgrade at no extra charge. Off a busy street , a bit too busy to walk to all the restaurants clustered around the other hotels. But really only a 2 minute drive !

I left my glasses in my room. I called the hotel and was told that the housekeeper had found them and that they would keep them at the front desk. I picked them up on my way back home from vacation. The breakfast area is too small to handle crowds. Many people were forced to take food back to rooms to eat which can result in spills all over the hotel.

The indoor pool facility is wonderful, the breakfast is very good, the rooms are spacious. The person who checked us in incorrectly said we did not have a reservation, then took about 10 minutes researching and correcting her mistake.
