I’ve always loved the embassy suites and the room that the suites allow you to have. A separate living area and a bedroom area. We have always found to meet our comfort standards. Realizing that this is an older property that was in desperate need of an upgrade. The furniture in the living room was old and stained as was the carpet. The bathroom needed a complete overhaul, especially the shower. The shower was not clean and full of leftover hair from maybe the previous guest. I always bring extra cleaning supplies for cruising, but had to use them prior to our cruise to clean the bathroom and wipe down surfaces in the hotel room. The towels were also overly used and needed to be replaced. I expected more from this hotel, as the area that it was in, with a very high-end

The staff and the clearness of the room How cold it was in the hotel on the outside of the rooms of course .. couldn’t enjoy the facilities because it was so cold and uncomfortable and other guest was complaining on the elevator about the same thing .. Also I don’t like surprises , I like to know if my card is gonna be charged for something ….
