Most of the staff was nice and patient. Breakfast was good with the waffles. Loved our room! Pool had missing tiles and the chemicals were STRONG! There was only one option for meat - sausage. I’m a bacon girl but it’s fine. Only 2 flavors of yogurt- peach and red raspberry, is that normal? Idk. When we checked in the night we got in to Dallas, the chick at the front desk wasn’t the most patient or friendliest, but everyone after her was. On the night before we left, I had asked housekeeping if I could get 2 towels- because housekeeping never came by, and the person told me no. I said okayyyy well can I get one? Hotel close to the airport. Has small pool and gym setup. Free parking. Big room, large bed and also a sofa bed with tvs in both rooms. Shuttle bus to the airport Good value for Money Nothing much to moan about. Shower was a bit naff but it was a low price hotel.

The rooms are spacious suites, so it's really easy to repack your luggage on your layover even when the kids are sleeping in the bedroom. The free shuttle service was very handy.

Close to the airport with a shuttle van. It’s a little older van, but still does its job. Room was spacious and clean. We had to leave for the airport, before breakfast; so can’t comment on that. I’ll stay here again on future trips.
