Good location. Beautiful lobby. Quiet. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Bedding was clean. Generous about of towels. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good. Coffee was amazing. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Overall we had an amazing stay. Headboard had a smear of something thick and clear on it and I didn’t see it until we were cleaning up to check out. Our TV didn’t work and the lady (who was extremely nice) wasn’t able to fix it until the following day. Not a big deal because we were with family most of the time, however we did miss our Spurs in the playoffs. 🥺

I liked the location, the restaurants were nearby and easily accessible to the freeway. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Kudos to the manager for letting us stay in our room because we were checking back in and I had medicine that needed to be refrigerated and we we Would be staying in a room on the same floor. The only suggestion I would make is to have lactose free milk. These days with so many people lactose intolerant it would be nice for a hotel to give you other milk choices.

The breakfast setup was nice and clean. The location is Duckoff and the traffic in and out was light. The room was clean and well maintained. The room wasn't ready when I got there. They were still cleaning the room. There were some additional fees that I wasn't aware of. The front desk explained the reason why. She was really nice about it, so I wasn't too bothered by it.
