My room was comfortable I didn't like the fact the receptionist requested that I no longer book my room on Booking.com because it was too confusing. Therefore she stated," in order for me to stay there I would need to provide cash." I explained to her that Booking.com is a site that I use for my hotel stay because it's easier to book with my card rather than carrying cash on me. So I decided not to book with this hotel again. If I had cash on me it wouldn't be any problem but she stressed to me she only wanted cash.

Cleanliness Key card didn't work the 1st time. Front desk said they don't do wake up calls even though the phone in the room says they do. I was asked twice if there wasn't already toilet paper in the room when I asked for an extra roll because there were no tissues to blow my nose with. No toilet paper holder. Fridge is not securely in place. I was asked to leave a 10 star review before stepping foot into the room
