everything exceeded expectations! The hotel was beautiful and the staff was helpful and very friendly. I had requested an early checkin since we arrived at 5:30am from a red eye flight from the west coast. They let us check in so we could sleep. The bed was the most comfortable bed ever for a hotel room stay. nothing. It was perfection.

I love the location and it was so beautiful, especially at Christmas time. The staff was great as well!! Also had complementary champagne when we arrived in our room. The only thing I wish was more affordable eating options or a breakfast type option or even coffee inside of our room, but they do offer coffee in the lobby that’s free.

Loved the extreme customer services! Everyone was awesome! The temp control was a little difficult to figure out , and I couldn’t get the in house phone to work in the room.
