Hilton Garden Inn Nashville/franklin Cool Springs

The location was great, lots of food options around and less than 30 min to Nashville downtown. Clean, had microwave and mini fridge, nice workout gym. Having a proper door to the bathroom. Lighting in room was VERY dim. Pool was not very warm. Peeling paint in high humidity areas (our shower, the pool area). Shower stall door is awkward with the interior handle placement making it narrow. If you try to move the door with the handle to the other side water gets through the crack between the doors and all over the floor. Not enough hooks for used towels (only one!).

The hotel was in a great location. It was stylish and modern. My room was spacious and bright. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The layout and style of the room was very nice. My room was very nice, but there were a few small issues. The laminate was peeling up on the nightstands by the bed very badly. The wing back style chair had a strange stain on the seat. I I liked the coffee and tea available in the room, but it would’ve been nice to have free coffee in the lobby.

I made a reservation for a handicap accessible room with appropriate facilities on the ground floor When I arrived I was given a non accessible room on the 2nd floor. There were no facilities for my handicap. I was unable to shower or wash my hair. I spoke to Russel and he was not helpful. The next morning I had breakfast which was satisfactory. I was served by Jannell an she was great. Accomodations!

The breakfast was great, and the staff were always very nice. The hard floor in the room was pretty dirty. My kids' socks were turning gray, which I didn't love because one of them is still crawling, so it was affecting her hands too. It was clear they vacuum the floor well, but I think need to better mop the floor.

All of our friends were able to check in early. Our room wasn’t ready so we had to wait. No big deal-but the staff member at check in said she would waive our parking fee since we had to wait. Very kind-but it wasn’t waived and we were still charged.

I was charged an additional $25 on my card for incidentals, which I was told would be refunded if I did not purchase anything, which I didn't. I was not informed of this before check-in and don't approve. I am now waiting for my credit. See above.

Rooms was very large and very clean. Staff and services was excellent. We booked this hotel for the indoor pool . The pool room was incredibly cold and the water was cold. For the price we paid it was very disappointing.

We liked the Tub in the room. Jets were a little weak, kinda disappointed in that. Room#317. Better coffee as well, absolute terrible coffee. More creamer, sugar.

Spacious modern room with forest view. Walkable to restaurants and bars. Slow check- in. Staff tried to double charge. No free breakfast.
