Best Western Thunderbird Motel

★★★★★

The check in staff was very nice. My first impression when I walked into the room was it smelled clean. And it was. The beds were comfy. The refrigerator was cold and the shower water pressure and temperature was great. Overall breakfast had a wide variety of choices and the lady attendant for breakfast was super sweet! They had a pool and it was a good pool. My only issue was the guy changing his tire all night long. But i eventually dozed off and didn’t affect my sleep quality, just the process of falling asleep. And the breakfast bacon was super weird.

It was convient to where we wereworking I am a smoker so we got a smoking room. I understandstand smoking has a smell. The room smelled like an ashtray. My home doesn't smell because we clean the area we smoke in totally twice a year . There is no reason that the room should smell as bad as it did.

★★★★★

The location, the breakfast options, the swimming pool, the on premise restaurant as an additional option and most importantly the size of the room. For a motel these set the bar really high. The front desk team is extremely helpful.

★★★★★

Great location. Staff was friendly. The room overall seemed clean. However, I did see some sort of bug that resembled a roach scurry out from under the tv and go down the back of the tv stand.

★★★★★

Nice location with a good breakfast. Our room smelled musty. It was clean. May have just been all the humidity we have lately. But it was noticeable.

★★★★★

Clean and visually appealing. A little difficult to pull in and out due to traffic and small entrance area.

★★★★★

Breakfast was okay. Killed 20+ flies in the room.

Our 2 rooms were ground floor, next to each other and close to the lobby. Rooms were updated recently and, like most Best Westerns, had ref, micro, coffee. AC units were quiet and efficient. Bed was completely comfortable 😴

People were cleaning all the time. Breakfast was good. Place was quiet and Paul at the front desk was amazing, he knows what customer service is.
