The location is central. Only 1.4 mi to where I volunteered at the high school. Many restaurants & stores nearby too. But no sidewalks or crosswalks so a bit treacherous to walk. I was glad for the fruit in the breakfast area because we left before breakfast started. The staff were nice. The room smelled mildly of urine. We stayed in 121. We realized it was not the bathroom but the A/C unit when it ran. The front staff offered us a can of air freshener but we declined. There were no other rooms as the inn was sold out for events that weekend.

I enjoyed the privacy. The rooms were clean. The internet was not working. It wasn't working when I stayed in March 2026. There were a few places on the floor where the vinal tile had chipped and it would cut your feet if you were barefooted in the room. When I asked the young lady at the front desk, She said they had problems. I was depending on the internet.

Breakfast was ok, but ran out. Food ran out second morning. Only one staff person working desk, preparing food and cleaning up. So food ran out. Bugs in the bathroom second morning and no one st desk when we left so couldn't tell anyone. Also room needs a massive overhaul. Dirt in corners of bathroom. Beds very uncomfortable.
