Beds were comfortable room was clean, breakfast was good. We were hoping to use the jacuzzi but the water looked green and it smelled funny…no thanks. Air conditioner in the room didn’t work very well. It was July and warm but this is no excuse. We stayed in room 320.

The lady who checked us in was very nice and gave my son a cookie. The shower was great - nice water pressure and liked the larger shower head. Liked the attached restaurant-very convenient. The jets in the hot tub were non-existent. You couldn't even tell when they were on. Someone cleaning knocked on the door around 9 to see if we were still there which wasn't a huge deal but should be a better way to tell what rooms are empty - maybe talk to front desk about who has checked out.

The cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff! Staff was wonderful and made me feel very comfortable to be there. Breakfast in the morning was also very lovely! I have stayed here once a year for two years and both times the one hot tub is always out of order, which sucks alot when they have a full hotel and your trying to cram a bunch of people into just one spa pool. would be wonderful if they could get it fixed.
