Pool was nice. There were no clean towels in the pool area. Also check out was 11am and when I some back from dr appointment at 9am. My hotel room door was left wide open after I shut it before we left with belongings still in there ?!? I have everything I need when I came home but that was very unprofessional and rude!?! I would say maybe you thought I was checked out but I wasn’t yet !? Also you would think it was left open to clean but there was no cleaning being done and no cleaning supplies anywhere near the hotel rooms near by either ??? Feelings are weird because of that incident ?

The location was next to the interstate and only 10 minutes from the Falls and downtown. The outdoor pool was great, nobody else had one! The room was nice and the bed comfy. The pancake machine at the breakfast buffet was awesome! Just push the button and in a couple minutes you have light fluffy pancakes with no mess. Plenty of parking and lots of trees in the lot for shade. Housekeeping did not come to our room to clean and replace the towels. I had to grab towels from a cleaning cart in the hall. The shower provided warm but not hot water.

Very nice place. Kids had an amazing time at the indoor water park. Hotel was a maze and easy to get turned around. Had to go to the front desk to get towels for the pool. My pool view room was actual a view of the parking lot.

The night staff were willing to assist me in fixing a mistake I made when booking. The room description I booked stated it was a 3 bedroom suite when in fact it was a two bedroom 3 bed suite.

I really liked how last minute when we was checking in to our 2 rooms. I asked if they could possibly change the rooms so they would be combined. There was no issue or extra charge for that.
