Location and staff, especially their hospitality. Hot Food left alot to be desired on the continental breakfast. Sausage was very much inadequate. Eggs were burnt or undercooked. Bacon was overcooked and overly greasy. Sausage gravy was perfect. Biscuits were perfect for can biscuits.
