The property was conveniently located to all area restaurants and attractions. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Especially Stephanie, she help out making our stay better and was very friendly! The breakfast was wonderful, with many choices, and the staff kept the area very clean. The elevator seem to have problems but the staff knew how to fix it. Many areas had tape to hold up corner guards.

Everything was as good or better than we expected. We are Hampton Inn regulars. I was very disappointed that I had to pay an additional $14 a day for parking. I may use a different Hampton Inn on my next trip to Charleston because of that or maybe a differen hotel, like the one across the street that doesn't charge for parking.
