The shower was powerful and hot. The woman at the desk was friendly. The location was close to the highway. We had to walk around a dirty old mattress which had been discarded near the entrance. The rugs were filthy in the hallways. There was no elevator and no one to assist with luggage. The room coffee maker had old coffee in the filter. The bathroom soap and shampoo dispensers were empty. The hot breakfast was very limited.
