The phone in the room was not connected and we had to go down to the lobby to speak with someone. I felt very sorry for the young lady that was helpful with our TV. The coffee maker was missing the holder for the pod. There is only one ice maker in the entire building and it only had ice once when we needed it. Disappointing

One clerk was trying to be helpful and it was close to stores and food places. Dirty, manager extremely rude, and was told about a reservation fee for in case of damages upon checking in. Which is crazy for a property that was already nasty. Had to changed rooms due to a foul smell.

Great location Our first room was awful. Carpet severely stained throughout the room. Stains on the”clean sheets”. A/C was not working and there was a mildew smell in the room. Front seat was able to get us into a cleaner room and upgraded or stay for free.
